Because these products are digital in nature and are delivered instantly after successful payment, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns of any digital products once the order has been placed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for digital ebooks or any other downloadable products purchased from The Business Class. This policy applies because:

  • Digital products are non-physical and cannot be returned
  • Access is granted instantly after purchase
  • The product can be downloaded, saved, or copied immediately after delivery

For this reason, once a purchase is completed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may only be considered in the following limited situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error

In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase with full order details and proof of the issue.

Unauthorized Claims

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

  • You no longer need the product
  • You expected a physical product instead of a digital download
  • You did not read the product description fully before purchase
  • You are unable to use the file due to lack of compatible software or device on your side
